Training, Advisory and Innovation Center started its activities in 2002 as Advisory - Training Center  of Rural Advisory Service (ATC RAS). ATC RAS had supported rural development by organizing and conducting trainings and providing with relevant information. The main target group of ATC - regional centers of Rural Advisory Services and other organizations that work directly with farmers.

ATC RAS had played the important role in the gathering of information, it’s adaptation correspondingly to needs of consultants and farmer, dissemination through media, trainings and seminars, library and electronic capabilities. ATC Training seminars included such topics as livestock breeding, agronomy, processing, marketing and farm economics, methodology of consulting services, as well as specific topics, providing basic knowledge and skills of clients and partners.

Thus, ATC RAS existed for more than 6 years. However, in 2008 due to the overall reformation of RAS organization, ATC was reorganized to Public Fund “Training, Advisory and Innovation Center”.
